When is my reservation confirmed?
Pay 50% of the discounted package price to reserve inspection slots. Products must physically arrive within 30 days. Unused slots expire without refund.
What counts as one product?
One style counts as one product across its colours and sizes. A materially different product is a new place.
Does payment guarantee publication?
No. The first half covers inspection and is not refunded if the product is declined. Accepted products have 15 days to pay their individual remaining half; then they go live automatically.
When does the 90-day coverage begin?
Each accepted product gets its own 90-day listing window starting when it goes live. You can hide or show it in your portal during that window, but hidden days do not extend the end date.
How quickly does work begin?
The product enters the queue after physical receipt and is scheduled from the next fixed inspection day. The minimum working target is five business days from that inspection; complex products or a longer queue may take more time. There is no rush option.
Do I need to keep sizes and stock updated here?
No. Reference Shop shows the selected product information, listed price and your direct Buy link. Live stock, size selection, delivery and checkout stay on your website.
Are laboratory tests included?
Laboratory testing is not required for the standard review and is not included in package pricing. Additional tests can be requested separately and some may use or damage the submitted sample.
Can a paid reservation be refunded?
Inspection deposits are not refunded for declined products or slots unused after the 30-day receipt window. An accepted product owes its second half only if it is confirmed for publication within 15 days.
What happens to the physical product later?
Non-destructive samples are archived until the season ends. We then ask whether the brand wants them returned or donated. A separately requested destructive test may consume or damage the sample.
