When is my reservation confirmed?
Payment is 100% in advance. Your place is reserved only after our team confirms the full payment.
What counts as one product?
One style counts as one product across its colours and sizes. A materially different product is a new place.
Does payment guarantee publication or a positive score?
No. Payment covers the professional review, portal and reporting. The score remains independent, and you decide whether the approved result is published or kept private.
When does the 90-day coverage begin?
Coverage begins when the first product is allocated to the paid package. Adding later products does not restart or extend that same package period.
How quickly does work begin?
The product enters the queue after physical receipt and is scheduled from the next fixed inspection day. The minimum working target is five business days from that inspection; complex products or a longer queue may take more time. There is no rush option.
Do I need to keep sizes and stock updated here?
No. Reference Shop shows the reviewed product information, listed price and your direct Buy link. Live stock, size selection, delivery and checkout stay on your website.
Are laboratory tests included?
Laboratory testing is not required for the standard review and is not included in package pricing. Additional tests can be requested separately and some may use or damage the submitted sample.
Can a paid reservation be refunded?
Yes. A full refund can be recorded after every product place connected to that reservation has been released. Contact the team before work is allocated so the request can be handled cleanly.
What happens to the physical product later?
Non-destructive samples are archived until the season ends. We then ask whether the brand wants them returned or donated. A separately requested destructive test may consume or damage the sample.
